Recommended ages: 13+

Group sizes will remain small (no more than 4 athletes per coach).

Jack Mausser is our Head Hitting Coach. Jack is passionate about working with youth and teaching them foundational hitting mechanics to improve their at bats.

Each session begins with a warm-up and arm pre (~5-10 minutes). After, athletes will rotate turns in the batting cage practicing their swing with various technology, bats, pitches and strategy (40 minutes). This is the primary focus for the session. The session will conclude with follow up recommendations provided by the coach (~5 minutes).

Yes! We encourage all athletes to come try a program prior to committing. To come in, simply contact Jack directly at jackmausser@t1strong.com and he will plug you in as your schedule best fits!

Yes! We actually encourage youth athletes to participate in multi sports (if they have interest) to learn various body movements and muscles needed for various ranges of motion.

Any athlete; no specific affiliation to a club, organization or program is necessary.

If an athlete will be late to their lesson or program, the athlete will not be able to make up lost time and will only have through the remaining duration of their scheduled time.
